At SN Fashions, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchange
Products with size issues or manufacturing defects can be exchanged, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
Gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Shipping ChargeShipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return shipping charges will be borne by SN Fashions only if the customer receives a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
For all other returns or exchanges, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Payment Method
We accept online payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
